Terms

Premise for the models, the agreement is yearly (from 1st January to 31 December) and it is on paper. We do not do a written agreement with producers but we expect a bit of cooperation and respect for the following point

For Models
Terms are very easy. You do what you want for any kind of content that is not listed here. For the content listed (and believe me, just a few producers in Europe shoot such content), we will handle your booking. In a few words, if someone contacts you to perform such content, just drop me a message and we will do what needs to be done (it may include refusing the booking in a few cases). In exchange of this, you will be guaranteed a number of scenes with increased payout and some benefit listed here.
The number of scenes is negotiated personally, it means one model can have 12 sceness/year and another one 24 scenes/year, it depends from model to model.

Producer for extreme content
If you want to shoot some of the models listed in this website in content more extreme than a DP with 2 boys, we are happy to negotiate about it. Contact Giorgio Grandi on Phone and/or Twitter (or Ilja if you do not have any contact with Giorgio).
Please no drama and no bad mouthing of anyone, even your/my worst enemy needs to be treated correctly in front of any model. This is valid also for other performers or agents or MUA participating in your set. As producer/director, you have the responsibility for anything your employees talk on the stage.

Producers for not extreme content
We are happy to provide you a model when she is already here working for us, as we pay for the travel and accommodation of the models, I do not see any reason why you should contact her directly as we are the one paying for her trip. Feel free to contact her directly and to bring her even to China (at your expense), but if we bring her here, just be professional and contact Ilja.
